With the solid financial base and twelve years of experience in construction, import-export, and hotel management, the shareholders of the ARDE Company Group,in 1994 have decided to commence operations in the US market and have therefore established Arde International Inc.-later Arspace -De is formed for the purposes to establish trade relations with American businesses for exportation of products; to encourage tourism in Turkey; to enter Turkish Governmental bids for military and medical merchandise; to export and import various lines of products; obtain distributorships of products that have potential markets in Turkey.
Arspace-DE. became one of the major suppliers for Turkish Air Force, Army and Navy with holding over 100 signed, completed and current contracts. AIB Manufacturing Inc.,USA was established to support Arde International in 1999.
Arde Group is not a legal entiy, but a name used to refer all five companies formed by same shareholders for different fields of work.
Arde Group started with Arde Project, Design and Application Ltd. in 1988, with building contracting, architectural consulting, and construction management. Constructed and renovated hotels, private housing in urban and seaside locations, apartment buildings, military housing complexes, stations, military bases, government building and helicopter hangars in various parts of Turkey, for total of 200,000m2 in closed area construction.
Arde Group established ARDE Export Import Ltd., in 1985. It engaged in business with companies in the Far East and Europe.
Arde Tur Tourism, Industry and Trade Inc., established in 1987, owned and managed a 216 bed capacity hotel that ARDE constructed in 1985 in Antalya. Arde Tur Turizm, AS built and owned a 446 bed capacity hotel that was built in 1985 in Antalya, Turkey.
